The Daily Record reports that the Whitecaps are tracking the Brighton midfielder, who spent 2023-24 on loan at League One side Northampton.
The Western Conference MLS side are set to offer $610k for the Scottish midfielder, per the report.

Leonard scored five goals and notched six assists across the campaign last year, and as a result, is drawing transfer interest from abroad.
Other clubs interested in the former U21 Scotland international are Oxford United and Birmingham City, per the same report.
