Liverpool fans have taken to Twitter to say that some of them wouldn’t mind seeing Arsenal’s Aaron Ramsey at Anfield. Talks between the Welshman and the Gunners seem to have broken down and it looks as if he could be on his way out as early as January.

Ramsey, whose contract at the Emirates expires at the end of the season, has had a quiet start to the season under new manager Unai Emery.

Although Liverpool currently have a whole host of excellent midfielders, fans believe Jurgen Klopp shouldn’t turn a blind eye to the situation, claiming Ramsey is still a quality midfielder that could fit into the German’s style of play.

The 27-year-old joined the North London club in 2008 but has had his fair share of injuries in the past decade, most notably his horror injury at Stoke City in 2010 that saw him on the sideline for close to a year.
