Alan Hutton has been on the sidelines for Aston Villa since picking up a knee injury in the clash with Stoke City towards the end of February.
It had initially been thought that the 34-year-old would miss the remainder of the season, but Villa boss Dean Smith hopes to have the Scot back over the next few weeks.
Hutton was pretty much an ever-present for Villa before picking up his injury, but the team have not exactly struggled in his absence.
And the Villa fans have not welcomed the news that the 6 ft 1 ace could return before the end of the campaign.
Indeed, Ahmed Elomohamady has impressed in the right-back spot in recent weeks and it seems that the Villa supporters are not interested in a change happening at this stage of the campaign.
